They should; the voters deserve a final answer. If they even consider hearing this case, it will cause tremendous civil unrest from those who have been taught to throw tantrums (read: riots) when you don't get your way (that's you, liberals).<BR/><BR/>On the other hand, if they don't take the case, or if the "O" wins the case, then we are stuck with a Saul Alinsky disciple as our President for the next 4 years.<BR/><BR/>There really is no winning proposition, so I suppose I will just hope that our Supremes take a stand and enforce the Constitution, whatever that entails and whatever result ensues.James M.
